Sin embargo, su uso sigue estando limitado por los altos costos y la insuficiente producci\u00f3n. Es fundamental avanzar en el desarrollo de un proceso simple y respetuoso con el medio ambiente que pueda ser escalado eficientemente.<\/p><p>Green &amp; Growth ya ha desarrollado m\u00e9todos sostenibles para obtener mezclas de al\u00f3tropos de carbono similares al grafeno. Se han identificado alrededor de 1.500 especies de insectos comestibles en todo el mundo. A escala global, los insectos consumidos con mayor frecuencia son: escarabajos, orugas, abejas, avispas, hormigas, saltamontes, langostas, grillos, cigarras, saltahojas, saltamontes, cochinillas, chinches, termitas, lib\u00e9lulas y moscas.<br \/>Edible insects are mostly eaten whole, processed into a pellet or paste form for other preparations, extracted from insect proteins, or used in animal feeding.<\/p><p>Los principales beneficios de los insectos est\u00e1n relacionados con el hecho de que son una fuente de alimento altamente nutritiva y saludable, con alto contenido de grasas, prote\u00ednas, vitaminas, fibra, minerales y una fuente sostenible de prote\u00ednas animales.<\/p><p>As an animal protein source, they do not have the same lack of certain essential amino acids that vegetable protein sources suffer from, so they can be the ideal additive to complete the amino acid profile of these rich vegetable protein sources, being able, together, to generate a very complete and sustainable food.<\/p><p>De hecho, en comparaci\u00f3n con otras fuentes de prote\u00ednas de origen animal, los insectos requieren menos agua y espacio para crecer y emiten menos gases de efecto invernadero.<br \/>Adem\u00e1s, los insectos muestran una relaci\u00f3n de conversi\u00f3n de alimento mucho m\u00e1s eficiente que los animales de granja tradicionales. Esto minimiza dr\u00e1sticamente el problema de resistencia a antibi\u00f3ticos.
